Return & Exchange Policy

Aanchi Kurties maintains a strict B2B return & exchange policy. Returns are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects or incorrect supply.

Eligibility

Returns/exchanges accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied against the purchase order.

Time Limit

Raise any request within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof and invoice reference.

Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packing with tags (where applicable).

Non-Returnable

Design preferences, minor color variation, or business losses are not eligible for returns.

Approval

All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and management approval. Approved returns will follow mutually agreed credit or replacement process.
