Shipments are sent via transport, courier or logistics partners as agreed between buyer and seller.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on production lead time, order volume and buyer’s destination. Expected timelines are shared at order confirmation.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the transporter. Any transit claims must be made per transporter policy.

Freight & Charges

Freight is borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Insurance can be arranged on request at buyer’s cost.
